What we track, and what we will report
- Soil and input records — test results, rotation history and input use per field, cycle by cycle.
- Animal health outcomes — vaccination coverage, mortality and treatment records by batch.
- Water and energy use — consumption relative to production output.
- Employment and training — local hires, retention and training hours delivered.
As our operations mature, these measures will form the basis of periodic sustainability reporting to partners and investors. We would rather publish a small set of verified numbers than a broad set of unverified claims.
